Verify Your Customer's Contact Information
For every Online Order transaction your customers enter their phone # and email address. This data is transferred to the Clover Employees app. This is very useful for marketing purposes.
The Online Order app has the ability to verify that either the phone # or email address is valid. Your customers will receive a 6 digit security code to their phone via text, or their email address. The customers choose which method. They then input the security code at your Orderspoon site.
To Verify Customer:
- Login to your Square POS
- Access your Orderspoon dashboard
- Click here for your Orderspoon dashboard
- Click on Settings
- Enable "Verify Customer"
