How To Set-Up SMS/Email Order Alerts
If your staff is not always at the Clover device, it's possible they may miss an Online Order. To help your staff stay connected to new orders coming in, we have the following options.
New Order SMS Alert
- You can enter 1 phone number to receive a text message when a new order is submitted by a customer through your Online Order app.
New Order Email Alerts
- You can enter 1 email address to receive an email when a new order is submitted by a customer through your Online Order app
- You have a new pickup order. You can reject the order from this link https://foodorder.page.link/w9s15CLoQFH3taDm9
To setup Order Alerts:
- Login to your Clover web dashboard
- Open Online Order
- Click on Settings
- In the Phone Alert Phone 1 field enter a 10 digit phone # then click on Save
- Phone 2 and Phone 3 are available on Platinum Subscriptions
- In the Email Alert Email field enter your Email address then click on Save
