Some merchants have been reporting a recent error message that states: "Unfortunately Clover Has Stopped". That appears to be related to use of the Order Alert app. The isssue has been diagnosed in partnership with Clover with the following outcome:
"This particular fix has already been implemented and merged. Rollout will begin very early Q1."
Until the fix is rolled out please continue to clear the error message by pressing on "Ok" until it disappears. This has not had an impact on completing transactions though it can be somewhat bothersome to clear the message. Otherwise, it is not known to impact functionality.
